Summary	0007454: Constant Flag of AccessLevelExType
Description	We looked at the Constant flag in the relative spatial location working group. We found one issue that should be described in the spec. When can the Constant flag be changed? We assume, that changing it from 1 to 0 requires a ConfigurationVersion change. Otherwise, servers might change the flag, and then change the Value without triggering a ConfigurationVersion change. We found a few typos: In the title of the table, it is "Contant" instead of "Constant". In the third row in the description, the first "Not" is incorrect. From reading the description, we thought it would make sense to change the wording in the first row to something like "Not Constant and volatile". In that case, currently the "not" is in the beginning, and then stating "constant and non-volitale" which reads a bit confusing.
