Summary	0007524: Several tests in View Services - View RegisterNodes fails when only MaxNodesPerRegisterNodes is 1
Description	Several test cases (006, 007, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 022, Err-005 and Err-006) fail if the device under test only supports 1 node for the RegisterNodes service as the test doesn't honor the limit. An identical issue has been closed before and marked as solved (0004398) but I still have the issue in version 1.04.09.398.
Steps To Reproduce	Run View Services - View RegisterNodes with a device that only supports 1 node for each RegisterNodes.
