Description

Reported error:
Error comparing Type IsAbstract alarm SystemOffNormalAlarmType to nodeSet SystemOffNormalAlarmType Expected false actual true

In 1.04.09 the alarm was defined with "IsAbstract =true". in 1.04.10 it changed to "IsAbstract =false" (or missing) in 1.05 it changes again to "IsAbstract =true".
It is almost not possible to fulfil CTT if NodeSet2 changes with every release...
