Summary0007752: Opc.Ua.Types.xsd: nillable="true" only for nullable types
Description

In V1.05, Part 6, Table 1 got a new column "nullable" which defines simple, scalar values as not nullable.
But Opc.Ua.Types.xsd always had and still has attribute nillable="true" on ALL types.

==> The attribute nillable should be removed in Opc.Ua.Types.xsd on all types with nullable "no" in Table 1 of Part 6.
