Summary0007765: SessionBase/Err-003 - DiagnosticInfo issue
Description

The test case returns a warning - Service Diagnostics are empty.
However, we think that the CTT can't expect a DiagonsitcInfo here, and the DiagnosticInfo is intended to be used for vendor specific additional information.

[Thanks for the note and after a discussion in the CMP call yesterday we are all in an agreement. This test case really shouldn’t exist the way it is currently defined. We would like to obsolete the test case, as we see no chance to get ServiceDiagnostics on the CreateSession. So instead we’ll create a test case in General Service Behavior where this will then be exercised utilizing a Read or Browse call.]
