Description	Chapter describes: This verification includes, at a minimum, checking whether the FunctionalEntity is of the expected manufacturer and type Maybe point out that the FunctionalEntity verification should establish knowledge about functional compatibility to establish verification for functionally exchangeable FE from different authors (vendors) and Is at a minimum a compabibility of the expected manufacturer meaningfull? FunctionalEntity does not define "Manufacturer" (=AuthorUri/AutorAssignedIdentifier) as provider of the FE) or "type" (=ApplicationIdentifier?)
