| Description | Add normative rules how to handle AuthorAssignedIdentifier to FunctionalEntityType: The author-defined type of a FunctionalEntity is uniquely identified by AuthorUri and AuthorAssignedIdentifier. For compatible changes, only optional elements shall be added to the FunctionalEntity. All elements defined in previous versions of the author-defined type shall be preserved (independent whether they are optional or mandatory??) by keeping their BrowseName, their DataType and their semantics. In case of a compatible change the author may (or shall?) change the AuthorAssignedVersion. In case of an incompatible change (e.g., removing elements, changing semantics, or DataTypes), the author shall change the AuthorAssignedIdentifier. | ||||
