Summary0007999: PubSub Information flow figure is misleading
Description

Figure 24 which illustrates the behavior of value and status is misleading. The text associated with the Subscriber side only describes one possible handling of value and status. The actual handling depends on the setting of the Override value handing enum (see table 70).

The description should be changed to simply state the value and status depend on the received dataSet and the value of the enum.
