Summary0008026: Attribute Write Values: Some scripts skip incorrectly
Description

In Attribute Write Values, several scripts (001, 003, 005, 006 and Err-005) return unexpected errors ('originalScalarValues[0]' [undefined] is not an object) or BadNothingToDo if readonly or no Scalar nodes are configured. Also if no Scalar and Array nodes are configured, the skipping of the CU in initialize -> line 39 does not trigger.

Issues have been resolved by getting only writable items with fromSettingsExt where needed and fixing the skips
