This topic has already been discussed in the Harmonization WG and the Devices WG.
There is a desire to have some operation counters standardized.

Attached is the proposal already discussed in both groups.

NOTE: In the proposal, the PowerOnDuration is mandatory. There is a request from PA-DIM group to change it to optional.
As this is only an interface, and everybody can change it to mandatory on their type, I think it is OK and allows adding the interface to existing types.
