Description

The following conformance units are defined in the specification but are missing in the profile db:
1) MDIS Choke Model Server Facet is missing CU "MDIS Choke Step method"
2) MDIS Digital Out Model Client Facet is missing CU "MDIS Digital Client Base"

Added MDIS Choke Step method to MDIS Choke Model Server Facet a optional conformance unit
Added MDIS Digital instrument Client Base to MDIS Digital Model Client Facet (note: name of conformance unit in table did not match the name in the ConformanceUnit list table - so change the name in the spec also) this is required not optional
