Description

The current CS version has a TelegramLength property for the PnTelegramType object only. This makes it difficult for clients to obtain the length of the input telegram and the length of the output telegram. It would be much more for convenient for clients to find the length separate for input and output telegram.
Solution: Removed 'TelegramLength' property from PnTelegramType. Replaced 'Offset' Property of PnIoTelegramType with 'Length' property.
