Summary0008090: Add third operation mode Off_0
Description

The MotorOperationEnum contents two modes currently: Auto_1 and Manual_2. According to our discussion we would like to add a third mode "Off_0", whose purpose it is that the Motor can be turned on neiter automatically or manual. Physically the motor also has this third option available in its switch.

In case a Start command is sent and the motor is in Off_0 state, the call completes successfully, the operations result is Bad_InvalidState and the motor does not start.

If the motor is running and the SetOperationMode is set to Off_0, then the motor shall be stopped.
