While reviewing test cases for the MDIS Information object, it was pointed out that there are no test cases covering structure of the signature files -- i.e., validate against schema defined in appendix 'D'. This appears to be due to the fact that appendix ‘D’ is not designated as “normative” hence no conformance units have been defined for this purpose. This Mantis is intended to identify appendix 'D' as a normative section and update any referencing text as necessary. Once updated, this Mantis can be cloned to address the associated but missing CU(s)
