These values were changed in AggregateExamples 1.05.02 RC1.csv only.
The draft versions have the correct values.

This issue was fixed but the fix was not exported into the RC. 1.05 Draft 5 CSV has the corrected table for Duration Bad/Percent Bad Historian 3, 4.
