The EstablishConnections allows to add with SetCommunicationCmd PubSub configuration elements. This channel may be used by someone to add (besides connection related elements) additional elements unrelated to connections. The AC implementation may not be able to detect this, especially if the CM uses multiple calls.
Do we have to prevent this (but how to implement it)? Write a recommendation for the CM? Be silent about it?

Note that the CloseConnections(Remove=true) removes the elements related to a connection, i.e., others will remain.
