Summary0008172: Need to confirm if optional test should be executed to pass or can be skipped for UA certification
Description

HI Team,
We have an OPC UA server and we need to certify this against Standard 2017 UA Server. We are using the Ctt tool version 1.4.9.401 and in this tool we have the testcases for Base Information which is optional.
So want to confirm, to get the certification of OPCUA server can we skip this test cases under Base Information or it is required to be executed and pass successfully.

All tests that apply to the product's functionality need to pass, this include any optional items described in a profile/facet. If the product expose functionality it has to pass. Profiles also include mandatory functionality that a product must expose.
