Summary0008174: Attribute Read / Err-015 checks for the wrong StatusCode
Description

The specification clearly states:
Bad_IndexRangeInvalid is only used for invalid syntax of the NumericRange. All other invalid requests with a valid syntax shall result in Bad_IndexRangeNoData.

Test case Err-009 is defined:
Wrong use of indexRange. Specify a range of 1:2 for an attribute that is neither an array nor a structure, as in:
AccessLevel, BrowseName, dataType, DisplayName, Historizing, NodeClass, NodeId, UserAccessLevel, and ValueRank.

With the expected result:
Service result is Good. Operation level result is Bad_IndexRangeInvalid.

Instead, the test case should only expect a Bad_IndexRangeNoData according to the specification.
