6.6.2 indicates "For the connection types autonomous publisher and autonomous subscriber (see 5.5.1), RelatedEndpoint shall be set to null"
6.2.4.3.5 indicates "An error shall be returned if it is in use by another Connection, indicated by a RelatedEndpoint"

Proposal: Set RelatedEndpoint to "own server", when setting up an autonomous publisher and subscriber
