Summary0008190: Documentation: CIMV behaviour for over- and understepping is undefined
Description

Current behaviour of overstepping with SetFlowRate or SetPosition methods is described as following in the current version of the test spec:
""Two acceptable results. 1) Call completes successfully. Expect No DataChange notifications for FlowRate or Moving. CommandReject is set. 2) Alternate Method return Bad_InvalidArgument and no action is taken.
In Both case : Fault should not change. CIMV does not move. "

The behaviour shall be clarified; also in regards to phys. HW. According to the Meeting on 07-28-22 there shall be only one acceptable result: Bad_OutOfRange.
