Summary0008218: CSV contains non-standard formatting
Description

The CSV contains non-standard formatting for some nodes, adding a RootFolder_TypesFolder_ObjectTypesFolder_BaseObjectType_ prefix onto certain nodes.
This style is not seen in any of the OPC UA reference material.
This style is not internally consistent within the same file - some type nodes include it and some do not.
This style was not present in 1.00 CSV.
