The sentence "In the case of a vendor-specific OPC UA FX AML Library, a direct inclusion is recommended. " is too weak. Recommended need to be changed to shall, how would I otherwise be able to read the content????

In the case of a vendor-specific OPC UA FX AML Library, a direct inclusion as either an internal or external reference shall be required.
