Bob Lattimer 2022-09-05 16:54 developer ~0017524	From Georg: If we set this to True a CM would never be able to use the commands, since we have no indication whether an AC supports Reserve and Enable. Note: The command EstablishControl and ReassignControl must be supported if the AC has ControlGroups (otherwise, they would not be usable with a connection). The command SetConfigurationData must be supported if the AC has ConfigurationData (otherwise, they would not be usable with a connection). Thus: Reserve and Enable MUST be set to False
