Description

I think issue 6533 is only partially resolved.
In chapter "5.1.8 Decimal" the describing text still states: "The scale is the power of ten that is applied to the unscaled value."
In the table below the text states "A signed integer representing scale which is the inverse power of ten that is applied to the unscaled value."
