UAFX ConnectionEndpoint PubSub needs more words to convey that preConfigured or dynamically created endpoints are allowed.

Both preconfigured and dynamically created ConnectionEndpoints must be considered.
The UAFX AutomationComponent Facet requires the support of the EstablishConnections CreateConnectionEndpointCmd command via the UAFX AutomationComponent ConnectionEstablishment CreatConnectionEndPoint CU. The definition of the EstablishConnections CreateConnectionEndpointCmd (Part 81, 6.2.4.3.5) requires that either a ConnectionEndpoint be created (IsPreconfigured is set to FALSE) or a preconfigured ConnectionEndpoint be used (IsPreconfigured is set to TRUE).
The UAFX Controller Profile requires the support of the PubSubConnectionEndpointType.
Only Preconfigured DataSets are supported if the optional UAFX PublisherCapabilities Preconfigured Datasets or UAFX SubscriberCapabilities Preconfigured Datasets CUs are included in the UAFX Controller Profile.
