Summary0008460: User Name Password Lockout happens too often
Description

While previusly a user name password lockout limit of 10 failed attempts was enough to pass the test suite
that worsened with the curent beta Compliance Test Tool V1.04.11-01.00.501

Please consider to authenticate the user after at least 9 failed attemnts with the correct password.
We have a /disableLockOut option but I would like to avouid it, just to pass the normal test flow.

we are not sure what the problem is - can you add more explanation?

also would a successful login in between errors fix the issue -that is assuming the issue is that we have two many error test?

in call we decided that the test script should just have a successful activate after every failure (unless the test explicitly call for several failures)
