Randy Armstrong 2023-05-12 06:09 administrator ~0019333	All times in OPC UA are in UTC, however, UTC can include discontinuities due to leap seconds or repeating seconds added to deal with variations in the earth’s orbit and rotation. For this reason, some Servers will use International Atomic Time (TAI) for internal calculations. These Servers shall convert DateTime values to UTC before exchanging them with other applications.
