Summary0008527: UANodeSet.xsd: Default value of MinimumSamplingInterval
Description

According to XSD the default value of "MinimumSamplingInterval" within variable is 0.

In Part 3 it is specified:
A MinimumSamplingInterval of 0 indicates that the Server is to monitor the item continuously.
A MinimumSamplingInterval of -1 means indeterminate.
I assume that "able" is missing in the first sentence.

It would be preferrable that -1 (indetermionate) is the default - if the attribute is not scpecified in XML.
Otherwise all variables need to specify their sampling interval explicitely in XML.
