Summary0008541: Certificate Generation in Linux doesn't work in all cases
Description

Certificate generation with latest settings is not working on Linux any more. OpenSSL requires the revocation list file to be present when being called into but with introducing the allowance of blanks in the folder names, this got broken.

Adding blanks in if clauses since sometimes they are relevant during execution and will cause issues when not present.

Creating the CRL Number file as otherwise OpenSSL will fail revoking the certificate.

Adding {} in invalidate_certificate_signature to handle folder paths with blanks in their names.

changed linuxdeployqt from latest release to 2020 release so C++ libs will get found
changed paths for .desktop file
