Summary0008553: A&C scripts get confused, when a test case is currently executed while the simulation triggers the next step
Description

When the CTT is currently executing a script e.g. an Acknowledge test case and the server during the execution is continuing in its simulation and gets the alarm inactive/active, then the comment provided by an earlier test step has been reset and in the validation of the test result is failing though the server is behaving correctly.

Suggested solutions:

  1. Enhance the logic in the test scripts to make sure those cases are handled correctly and the test is rerun
  2. Enhance the documentation and provide minimum times between the state changes for the CUs.

Add text to explain that 60 second recommended cycle time for the alarms - and the minimum time in each state (i.e. 30 second active, 30 seconds inactive) or that a walk of limits is evenly spread over the time etc.
