Summary0008584: Is it correct that EccApplicationCertificateType has IsAbstract=False?
Description

Since this CertificateType is not abstract, do we specify what are the properties of the certificate the CM is expected to hand out in this case?
And, if it is truly intended to be concrete, why is then e.g. ApplicationCertificateType abstract? It is also only a base type for a set of concrete types.
