Summary0008595: IODD NodeId’s of generated EnumValues, missing rule
Description

To handle IODD’s in OPC UA Server, the server must create ObjectTypes and their InstanceDeclarations. Additionally OPC UA DataTypes like Enumeration & Structures has to be created.
A rule for creating NodeId and BrowseName for ObjectTypes (7.3.2) and for DataType Structure (12.3.2) exist, but not for DataType Enumeration. This rule has to be added.
Proposal:
Use Same / similiar rule like in chapter 7.3.2 .
