Summary0008693: Wrong ArrayDimensions of Elements field of the DataType PortableRelativePath
Description

The ArrayDimensions of the Elements field of the DataType PortableRelativePath is 1. Due to this fact, the PortableRelativePath can just contain 1 element, but in the most cases a PortableRelativePath requires more than one element.

Other DataTypes like e.g., PortableNodeIdentifierValuePair (ArrayDimensions of ArrayIndex is 1.) might be incorrect and should be checked.

This is an issue that future tools will have a problem if this is not fixed, but it is not used in current tools (so not an urgent fix)

note: this issue should be check in general for all structure that contain arrays - to ensure it is correct.
