| Description | XML-DA Wrapper passes incorrect dwLCID to IOPCServer::AddGroup Even though the Wrapper knows that the server only supports neutral locale it will pass a locale that represents the system default. If the system default is "en" the wrapper will pass 0x0009 when it should pass 0x0000. | ||||
| Additional Information | Most servers will ignore this but the current OPC UA COM Proxy will not. | ||||
