Summary	0008963: BrowseNames of properties EngineeringNumber and EURange in wrong Namespace
Description	In InstanceDeclarations there are a lot of Variables of VariableType AnalogItemType. Their properties EngineeringUnits and EURange should have their BrowseNames in the Namespace that AnalogItemType defines, i.e. 0. But they are in Namespace DEXPI, index 1. Example: InsulationThickness ns=1;i=1228
