The ConditionId is the NodeId of an alarm that is exposed in the AddressSpace, which is clear enough, but if there is no instance of condition in the AddressSpace, the behaviour of the NodeId is not described in enough detail. To be able to support Analysis of Alarms/Conditions, the nodeId for a specific Alarm (say high limit of a specific Temperature sensor) need to always have the same ConditionId (NodeId) even if it is not exposed in the AddressSpace. If a New NodeId is generate each time the Alarm become active then Alarm management system would not be able manage the Alarm and analytic would not be able to relate them to.

propose to enchnace the section on condition & branch instances with the following text

"This condition (and it representative ConditionId) follows the same rules associated with Nodes (and there representative NodeIds) in the AddressSpace (see xxx). I.e., once a Condition is created in a system that does not expose instances, any time that condition is active it will always have the same ConditionId. This allows higher level alarm management systems to operate on the condition and to perform analysis of them."
