Summary0009029: missing method to remove a previously transferred software package
Description

A software package can be transferred to the device independent from installation.
When at a later time a client decides not to install the software package it should be possible to remove the file to regain the memory.

"This optional Method can be used to delete the previously transferred software from the device. For Pending and Fallback Versions this often makes sense to free memory. For configuration objects it may also be possible to delete the Current Version. "
