Added the LastUpdate to the ConnectionManagerType and behaviour in EditCCS and CloseAndUpdate.

Discussion in team showed that the concept does not hold. Rework is needed.

Updated with Version on the CCS.
Need discussion whether we still need the LastUpdate on the CM ... probably not.

decided in call to push this to next release - needs input from C2D requirements as well

What I would have liked was a simple rollup status, that indicates if any of the CCS have an error in their statemachine ( - in the future we can work on more elaborate information
Each CCS has athe statemachine and this would be a simple roll-up that there is an error in one of them (you would have tolook at all of them to figure out which one and any more details)

Good proposal; I remember that we discussed in the slde set regarding diagnostics an aggregated health for the CM, however, can’t recall, why we did not add that??? Did we forget that or did we have other reasons?
