Summary	0009132: Allow capturing Cloud Library metadata in a nodeset
Description	In some use cases it is be beneficial to include cloud library metadata like Title, Description, Keywords, License in the nodeset XML file itself. NodeSet authoring tools can of course use custom extensions to capture this, but it seems valuable to standardize this so metadata can be preserved across authoring tools.
