Summary0009153: New string NodeId encoding is a breaking change
Description

The new string NodeId encoding requires escaping of the string identifier.

This is not necessary and a breaking change for the existing string encoding of a NodeId with namespace index as defined for the XML encoding today.

Is there a technical reason for this breaking change?
