What does "MonitorConnection" exactly mean in the different failover modes? Is it just reacting on communication loss, or is it periodic reading or subscription of ServerState and ServiceLevel? Or is it that all MonitoredItems are not updated for a defined period of time or that reading a variable returns a BAD_xxx?""

This applies also to the figures for 'Warm Failover' and 'Hot Failover'.
But I also assume that the description would be different for Cold, Warm and Hot.
At least a ServiceLevel of degraded would trigger a failover for Hot but not for Warm or Cold
