Summary0009174: CTT sends ReadRequests for i=0
Description

During the creation of the offline map, the CTT now also reads several attributes.
It seems that there is an issue in the creation of the NodesToRead list. The CTT searches for some Properties, so that it can read the values of them. But even if the property is not found, the CTT adds an element to the list with i=0.
