Description

The transfer subscription service is valid for Anonymous if there is a secure connection (where the Application can be identified). The test scripts should all be reviewed and updated to check that transfer subscription (and durable subscriptions) work. the only option that is not allowed is None and Anonymous

Updated the test scripts of the Conformance Unit to use any available UserIdentityToken. The following order is used for all test cases that don't require a specific TokenType: Username -> Certificate -> Anonymous.
Anonymous is only used if an Endpoint is available that requires any SecurityPolicy other than SecurityPolicy#None.

As part of these changes, some test scripts were reworked.
This includes changing variables to globale variables used in the entire Conformance Unit and adding a function that creates and activates the default session.
