We define permission flags like Call or Read only relevant for a subset of NodeClasses.

But there are different use cases where a complete set of flags is configured (e.g. one for Observer and one for Operator) and applied to all NodeClasses. This is especially the case for the namespace default role permission property.

We need a clarification that this is valid even if a flag is not relevant for a NodeClass.

The PermissionType states e.g. for Read "This Permission is only valid for Variables."
First of all this is wrong because it applies also to VariableType.

But is invalid relevant for the evaluation or for setting the flag on other NodeClasses?
