Summary	0009329: CTT uses wrong NodeId if a character requires more than 1 Byte
Description	It looks like the CTT is no longer able to decode String-NodeIds that contains characters encoded with more than 1 Byte. It still works fine for other DataTypes (like String, LocalizedText or QualifiedName).
