Summary0009354: Mandatory variable AggregatedHealth is aggregating optional variables DeviceHealth and OperationalHealth.
Description

The variable AggregatedHealth from the AutomationComponent aggregates variables DeviceHealth (Asset) and OperationalHealth (FunctionalEntitites). AggregatedHealth is mandatory whereas DeviceHealth and OperationalHealth are optional in Part 81.

Why is AggregatedHealth mandated but not the aggregated health variables?

In the text below the table FunctionalEntityType definition is the statement:
The OperationalHealth of the top-level FunctionalEntities shall be aggregated into AggregatedOperationalHealth

Can you make it more explicit if this statement requires OperationalHealth to be supported in general or if it requires OperationalHealth to be aggregated if supported.

This is a CU / Facet issue. This CU needs to be mandatory in the top-level FunctionalEntity . Since that facet is release - it will require chang1ing the Facet be 2023 version - and the controler 2023 is nto release so updating it to Top-Level 2023 is still possible.
