Description

From OPAF FLC AML WG recommendation:

  1. Part 83 should clarify the following statement “There shall be exactly one Descriptor manifest in a Descriptor” for the next update
    Proposal to state that exactly one UAFX manifest is allowed. Other standards may have their own manifest file.
