| Description | The UAFX Input Datatype Support CU limits the requirement to Input Variables. The Conformance Test WG discussed this CU and feels Output Variables should be included. Otherwise, interoperability issues could arise if a Controller requires one of the DataTypes for a Connection to an Input Variable in their application. | ||||

Discussed during the AWG meeting - Agreed with the proposal in principle. Propose adding a second CU for Output Variables and make that mandatory in the Controller Profile. Note that this will be a breaking change requiring a new 2024 Controller Profile when implemented. |
