Summary	0009517: The definition of the RootNodeId of the NodeId in chapter A.3.7 DataTypes with special mappings could be more precise.
Description	At the moment the definition of the RootNodeId of the NodeId is the following: "RootNodeId – An ExplicitNodeId from which to traverse the BrowsePath. The ExplicitNodeId attribute type is defined in A.2.3." It should be added that if the BrowsePath is not available, the RootNodeId is the Id of the element itself.
