Summary0009622: Clients shall support all NodeId IdTypes
Description

Some Client products do not support all IdTypes - in particular the "OPAQUE" variant.
Since Servers are free to choose any IdType, this causes huge interoperability issues with such clients.

We should enforce this client behaviour more explicitely by adding a new CU to the Core 2022 Client Facet.
